When a canadian visa is granted, how several months departed for you since u could travel?
soon id be granted or may not be granted for a visa in february 2009.in the event i could be granted, do i hold to leave immediately?or, can still stay in my country for some months prior my travel?

If you are chitchat about an immigrant visa, then you will be given between 4 - 8 months before that visa expires.
the immigration visa expiry date is usually 12 months from the date you passed the later medical exam.
So sometimes you can have a few months, and other times you have just a few weeks.
You can fly to canada and house as permanent resident. and then fly home and finish settling up your business and sell the house etc, and consequently come back to canada again.
