Why do we verbs to allow ourselves to be titillated next to chat of putting up a border wall?
No fence is going to stop illegal immigration! We had fence for decades, and they are useless because the folk make tunnels. We increase in border patrolmen, and the illegals come in even more. I live on the Border, and IT IS A BIG JOKE!! One afternoon, I am going to take a picture of all the places an illegal can come surrounded by and post it on Yahoo! Anwers. I would add that if the border agents were black, white, asians and non hispanic, forty percent of illegal immigration would give up overnight. Hispanics are going to let other hispanics into the country. It is a well known item here in El Paso.
Governor Rick Perry paid countless millions for a Virtual Fence, replete with computerized spying cameras. Did it assist, nope? Did illegal immigration stop or slow down, nope? What you will never hear is serious talk about the US Military taken over. Those who deny have self interests even at the highest level. All countries use their military to protect their borders, why should we do differently? This certainly works, so it will not be serious considered. Obama will talk about it, but it will not advance any further. When own you heard serious talk about deporting illegals and the instrument they are doing it? All this talk abour incarceration is for the birds!! When an illegal gets put surrounded by jail, we pay for him/her to get tubby. He/she is not sent back but remain in jail for months later released. Even harder illegal criminals are released back into the community. That is exactly what happened to the dubious in New Jersey who killed two college students. He had be arrested three times and let go every time. We must learn to influence, "Forget the fence, we want to see buses and plane headed for the border." Politicians learned to placeate voters by conversation about securing our borders; they will never talk specifics about ways to rid oursleves of 40 million illegals. Since 2001, we hold heard about the office of "Homeland Security created by Bush." What have it done? Are the borders more secure? Tell your State politicians that you want to see folk leaving ASAP! You do not have to rely on D.C. It starts next to the States. Sometimes we hear that Georgia or Mississippi are cracking down on illegals. That is not altogether true. Dalton Georgia is 80% illegals. Everyone lies due to vested interests. North Carolina has become the California of the South. It will have major problems surrounded by the future. The time to act is now. Mississippi is in the region of the only State that really does something about illegals. They do raids contained by that State.

You are partially right. A fence alone will not stop them. However, it repeatedly slows them down long enough for the border patrol to get to the scene.
We need to place booby traps approaching the ones they used in Vietnam. Take bamboo poles, stick them in the ground, and cover them up. Spear them next to feces, so it infects whoever steps on it.
When people start boycotting products made by business that hire unofficial aliens we might get something done. I for one have stopped buying any Tyson products. I know there are frequent more that hire them and they should be boycotted too.

When I see a pretty young woman building a fence I will shriek out,
"SHOW ME YOUR FENCE"!

You're not looking at the big picture. Illegal immigration is tolerated in the USA because that's what employers want. Cheap labor with no rights.
If Obama would grow a pair, and put more security along with a barricade, we could keep way more alien bastards out of our country
use military with the right to use weapons on site, this will stop cartels, smugglers, and illegals from coming across.
Thing that puzzles me is why did homeland deposit take all film from camera's on the border and not allow the border patrol access, this happen the day after the obamanation took office.
