Thoughts running within my skipper?

So how come when somebody talks about illegal immigration they other talk about how the crime rate is rising and they are reaping job loss benefits. Now don't get me wrong I do acknowledge the fact that it is a federal crime to come to this country illegally, but isn't it a bit prejudice to be labeling every off the record immigrant, besides that they broke federal law, as a big criminal on a crime spree. Serious answers please and if you leave an offending answer I will report you. Thanks

Illegal immigrants cannot collect welfare, so it's more likely they may hold to resort to crime to survive.
I would say more, but as you threatened us with being reported, I tolerate you find out the rest yourself.

Because people similar to to blame the problems of the world on someone, and illegal immigrants are an easy target. The certainty is that they are breaking the law so it is hard for understanding those to defend them.

And regardless of the fact that most are hard working, honest, populace that are only breaking the law because they want to do what is best for their families, in that will be those that take their personal frustrations of the world out on them.
The undocumented do not commit many crimes while in the U.S., They try to keep a low profile so as not to be deported!

"Jennie out of the bottle" State Statistics that do not compare to the Statistics from the U.S. Department of Justice. If you read her documentation ,her statistic happen between 1990- present, a 18 year time span?

Incarcerated America, D.O.J. statistics States:

That violent crimes have not increase greatly since 1995 and non disorderly crimes related to the "War on Drugs" have resulted in the rise in prison Population !

That the Prison population is:

Hispanic....;......18.26 %

You are correct in that most illegals only crime is the border crossing.... however, as the illegals settle down here and change the culture, we involve to recognize that it is not all good....nearby is a lot of really bad problems that follow them here, problems we are not equipped or used to dealing with. And giant crime and drugs are things that have followed the illegals here from Mexico!

Illegal immigration is bad partly because it deprives us of the opportunity to make background checks, test for language proficiency, and enjoy them swear their loyalty to us, all vital steps in immigration to any country, as most will agree.

Remember....near illegal immigration, we don't have any idea what
be getting....

...And a criminal, by definition, is any person who breaks any law. Check your dictionary! If you break a law, you are a criminal. Technically this is true even if you are speeding 5 miles above the speed confine! And illegal crossings are felony crimes! Source(s): United States Code, The Dictionary, ICE policies and procedures
While I grant you some do pay federal taxes through and ITIN #. A voluminous percentage are using false or stolen social security #s. That is a felony. Those that work under the table are tax evaders.

Other than an ITIN # you can not, I repeat, not work or live contained by this country without using a false or stolen social.

While some may say that they stole the social or used a false one for a "better life" you need to ask yourself this. What if it be your social they used. What if you went to unemployment and were denied because they show you working somewhere else. Do you know how long that take to straighten out? Ive seen it with many culture around here that worked their whole life, were out of work, and have to wait 6 months to straighten stuff out.

You need to ask yourself when we become the worlds provider?
Immigrants don't raise crime rates. They are less prone to criminality than native born Americans. Ironically, undocumented immigrant are the most law abiding bunch in the country. Source(s): http://www.azstarnet.com/news/171109
I frequently talk about illegal immigration. Living within AZ I encounter it on a regular basis. I was shocked when I first started to do biz consult and discovered the number of under-the-table cash payments those were getting because they don't have papers. This is not just just about people coming from Mexico, it is also other companies. The company I am currently working at had to fire 1/2 its work force because they were forbidden.

The crime is an issue. Not everyone here illegally is on a "big criminal on a crime spree" but it is a problem. We recently had another officer die because he be hit by a drunk driver. One here illegally. We have kidnapping, child endangerment, and other crimes committed here frequently because of not permitted immigration.

Sometimes when you break a law, for any reason, it gets easier to break others.

EDIT/UPDATE
I enjoy never claimed people here legally do not break laws. I stated that some bent immigrates break laws, and big ones at that. When you are receiving cash lower than the table and NOT paying income taxes, they are breaking yet another law. Does that mean that within aren't others who also do it? No, it does mean that there are a large number of unlawful immigrants who are breaking multiple laws on a regular basis.
Not all illegal immigrants are criminals, lots of them come here intending to work not easy to support their families. The problem is that when they make money it is not staying here in the US discount, it is all getting sent back to their families. Also, hospitals can not deny service to unconstitutional immigrants and it is almost always paid for by US taxpayers. Illegal immigrant also send their children to our schools which is also costing the taxpayers money.

Its also extremely easy to own your identity stolen. My girlfriend had her identity stolen and an illegal immigrant opened 3 wall accounts and ran up massive credit card debt. That has hurt her credit score weakly even though it was all sorted out. As for the crime rate, crimes commited by our own citizens is OUR problem but how is it fair that we should own to pay to lock up somebody who is here illegally? Well over half the folks in Los Angeles county jails are illegal immigrant. That is costing taxypayers millions upon millions of dollars every year.

I know that some people come here illegally and try to work hard and be productive but it adjectives comes down to the fact that they are here illegally. People who try to come to this country legally are made to look similar to fools for waiting around for their paperwork to get finished when others come here with no regard to our law.

If the first act somebody makes by coming to america is breaking a law can we really expect them to honor adjectives the other laws we have in place? I don't surmise so.
No i don't think it's prejudice at adjectives. The immigrants should get there of late desserts!
Of course it's just not improper aliens causing crimes, but they should not be here in the first place to even be given the opportunity to cause crime. So unsurprisingly if they were not here the crime rate would go down significantly. Drug trafficing, human smuggling etc... It's not just illegals running the operation, but more imagined than not it is. You need to use the laws that are here, your knowledge of the ways of the world and some adjectives sense to make a decision on whether or not it's prejudice to think against the law immigrants are bad or not.

Take for example, the city of Miami, FL. That city was simply built from drug money mainly from illegal immigrants (Columbians, Haitians, Cubans) during the 70's and 80's. Drug money help their economy in a recession, but the murder rate would double every year. Imagine living in the rampant wild west and shootouts every other day. It got so desperate that President Reagan had to use all available resources including the military to help stop it.

Now, crooked aliens come here entirely on deception, omission, manipulation, circumlocution, half-truths and outright untruths. It is clear that most have no regard for the immigration law and procedures in place in this country. They repeatedly disregard the laws set within place to maintain order in this great territory.

This is a country of laws which must be obeyed by one and all, unless the country falls into a state of anarchy. Entry into the U.S. is not a benefit that should be granted to adjectives.

The people that speak such things are the ones that do not do any research on the topic. They read one article and they go by that as their source of credible information. But the sad thing is, that most articles and statistics that we hear and read today portraying off the record immigrants as monsters have been found to be associated to Racist Organizations, and a lot of Americans are buying into it.

It's a fact that there is no correlation between crime and immigration. They even reported that communities next to a higher number of immigrants are safer.

Illegal immigrants enjoy been banned from most Government Programs since 1996 when Congress passed (and President Clinton signed) the welfare-reform law certain as the Personal Responsibility and Work Opportunity Reconciliation Act. From then on, only citizens or legal immigrant, such as those with a Green Card, were eligible for federal benefits. So how can they drain our Government Programs?

Undocumented Aliens Do Not Overburden Government Programs

It’s a widely held misperceptions: Undocumented immigrants take-home pay no taxes but take advantage of a slew of taxpayer-supported federal benefits such as food stamps, Medicaid and Medicare (the health protection programs for the poor and the elderly), Social Security, housing and hospital services. In fact, federal law bars undocumented alien access to adjectives those benefits, with very few exceptions.
Label support for living inside the law as prejudice? I think not.

First, illegal aliens come to the US from a great number of nation.

Second, many have American born children and they are drawing welfare through the children as well as beside false documentation.

Third, many have false identification papers and are using stolen social surety numbers. Citizens are being victimized by identity theft.

Fourth, the GAO report of 2005 showed that 27% of those incarcerated in prison be illegal aliens, but represent only about an estimated 4% of the population. That same GAO study also showed that contained by a sampling of 55,000 illegal aliens in prison, there be almost 460,000 arrests. That's an average of about 8 arrests each. Those combined for a total of over 700,000 criminal charges.
About 45 percent of all offenses be drug or immigration offenses. About 15 percent were property-related offenses such as burglary, larceny-theft, motor vehicle theft, and property damage. About 12 percent be for violent offenses such as murder, robbery, assault, and sex-related crimes. The balance was for such other offenses as traffic violation, including driving under the influence; fraud--including forgery and counterfeiting; weapons violations; and snarl-up of justice.

Edit: The poster below cites ethnic statistics without regard to official status in the US. That is irrelevant to the statistics regarding illegal aliens incarcerated as those are not broken down by ethnic status, but merely by immigration status.
It would be interesting to see the statistics of incarcerated unjust aliens by nationality, but that does not change the numbers tallied by the GAO. Source(s): http://www.gao.gov/products/GAO-05-646R
