An Indian Green card-holder girl....lies roughly connubial status...?
An Indian girl (unmarried) gets green card on the basis of her dad winning greencard lottery. After getting greencard, she comes put money on to India n marries me legally and goes spinal column to USA. I stay in India and never been to US. She after going to US, at the time of her Naturalization hides nuptials with me from US immigration and gets citizenship AS A SINGLE.
I, after being cheated, sent adjectives marriage evidences etc to US immigration as i came to know on internet that PERJURY is deportable crime. What will happen to her citizenship? Will she lose her greencard or citizenship or be deported? Can she report petition for greencard for any other man from outside (or inside) of USA?
Can she "fix" her citizenship lie by applying petition for me? Any other option? Please some immigration lawyer relieve me......thx.....

Forget give or take a few her and move on. Revenge is very taxing and does not accomplish anything George L is correct. There's no fraud involved as you've outlined the situation. She was 100% court in the way she obtained her Green Card since the marriage ceremony was AFTER she immigrated to the United States.
There's no perjury involved as she did not swear to anything.
She can easily obtain a divorce from you surrounded by the United States and you do not have to be here to agree to it. The divorce will be 100% legal in the United States.
Yes, she can petition another man from India as her fiance as long as she divorces you contained by the US. It makes no difference whether or not India recognizes her US divorce. The marriage to the current man would be in the US where the divorce is 100% legal.
Give it up.
lam not a lawyer but yes she can get her rights taking away from her and can be deported and never apply again she can even run to jail for liying Dont worry dude she will get her *** deported posterior to her country for such a bad and shameful act .And q for you were you blind when you said yes to her?
She has committed immigration fraud since she was legally married nonetheless filed as an unmarried child of a legal immigrant. Her immigration petition, even citizenship if she already has it, can be revoked, and she would be deported beside a permanent bar to re-entry; she can also go prison for various years before deportation.
She can not cure perjury and/or fraud charges by sponsoring immigration for her spouse (you). In fact, sponsoring you will expose her fraud, and you both get deported and disqualified from re-entry. That's probably why she never applied for a spousal visa for you.
Keep writing to ICE and enclosing copies of your marriage certificate, and they will eventutally bring to her -- we've got at least 20 million illegal aliens and millions more fraudulent immigrant. They're kinda busy!
Keep trying, eventually someone will make clear to you what you want to hear. if not on your 3rd question, maybe your 4th or 5th try. There's no evidence surrounded by what you say here that she committed anything like perjury. First of all, that occur under sworn statements at court, not on applying for immigration benefits. If she was guilty of anything it would be misrepresentation and fraud. However, to be guilty of that, she would have have to gain some benefit by this so-called lie. And, there's no evidence whatever that she did. She was eligible for citizenship base on her green card status, and nothing would have changed had they agreed she was married or single. so, there is no lie, no misrepresentation to buy and sell with or account for. there is zilch for her to "fix" as far as US immigration is concerned. However, you can always consult an attorney to see if you can get a different opinion.
