I'm a american citizen and I'm want to legalize my husband who has been deported resembling 5 years ago he is here in Tx now . But i want to now is in that a possibility he will be able to become a permanet resident ?

Thats gonna be hard... if he was deported 5 years ago, and he's here,consequently he cross the border,which means he has no legal documentation here surrounded by the US immigration. Or if he didint cross the border then he has illegal documentation...
You can marry him... but unless he come on a visa and has an I-94, he'll have to go put a bet on to his country and then you can ask for him... I know is a sh*t... but is how it is... If he re-entered the country illegally after being deported,he have committed a felony which will make him ineligible for any type of legalization,ever.
