How can i acquire a visa at college near expired visa ?

my F1 student visa expired 3 years ago, i worked these 3 years, now i want to continue my studies. If i apply at a college, will they give me a hot visa while i'm in us ?

Won't be easy. you could try to get your institution to reinstate you, but I'd be very surprised if they would after 3 years. no school can give you a visa, and I doubt particularly much if you could get a new one at the embassy back home, if you've be out of school for 3 years but continued to live and work in the US.
