Immigrant support surrounded by foreign countries?
I live in New York and New York, as I'm sure you know, is highly populated with immigrant. There are an abundance of services available to new immigrants to comfort them learn English and job training. Many of these services are through nonprofits. Are there such nonprofits contained by other countries? Say I'm an immigrant to Spain, are there nonprofits out there to help me? Which countries do you own have and can you name some websites?

No. You have to cooperate with your embassy and get a work in that country.
Obviously if you grasp the country's nacionality, you will enjoy all the wellness of non-profit organizations.
