Visa guest and married next to canadian?
I am married to a citizen canadian, we were married in canada but my visa expired. Now I'm in the Dominican Republic. I want to know if I can ask for guest visa to canada. Just for Christmas

you should have had your wife apply to sponsor you to immigrate on a spouse visa since your visa expired...you can apply from within canada

why can't you apply a canadian passport?
