Do you see any problem beside this website? Web site accuse companies of hiring unofficial immigrant?

Hundreds of Texas employers, and thousands around the nation, have inspired Internet publicity they didn't court: They're accused of hiring unjust immigrants.

A Web site, www.wehirealiens.com, lists companies from Pilgrim's Pride to Swift & Co. as "alleged" employers of private immigrants. Both those food companies have had human resources at their Texas operations arrested for immigration violations and document fraud, but many other companies scheduled on the site have not.

And that has employers angry that the founders of the Southern California-based site publicly prosecute them of breaking laws. The founders contend they established the site in 2004 in frustration over what they telephone ineffective action by the federal government. There are now nearly 5,000 "unsanctioned employers" listed from nearly every state.

The Web site reflects one more instrument that technology is amplifying the national debate over illegal immigration. Scores of sites have gone up in the ending few years to defend, to denigrate, and to discuss civilly the estimated 12 million illegal immigrants within the U.S.

"We wanted to put the pressure on to the employer because they are the magnet drawing illegal aliens to invade our country," said Jason Mrochek, a co-founder of the Web site.

But others retort that the site unfairly places blame where on earth evidence may be thin. Still others question the site's role as a law enforcement nouns. http://www.dallasnews.com/sharedcontent/...

Pilgrims Pride and Swift have both been raided within Texas since December 2006 and were both found to have had iffy aliens working for them.
Management at Agriprocessors in Iowa claimed that they had used E-Verify and were surrounded by compliance with the law until ICE raided them and found partly the workforce were illegal aliens hired with the cooperative assistance of organization in providing false documents. $10 million fine and the head man is going to get some serious detention centre time. You don't really believe a greedy, corrupt employer is going to admit it openly, do you?

I love this site, and enjoy added employers to it myself. We need more sites like this.

It may be that soon we will be calculation the American Public as an employer of illegals, should the Obama birth certificate issue prove true.
No I dont see any problem with the existence of this website.

The only problem I see is that this website requests to exist.

Any employer who willfully and knowingly hires an illegal alien criminal....is a criminal themself, and they should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
It is a felony for these companies to give job to illegals, would they rather be prosecuted or have their names on a pattern site? If they don't hire illegals they can offer proof and clear their names, otherwise offer them some cheese to travel with their whine.
Nope, none at all.
No, I don't. I dream up this site is a great thing and it's more than appropriate that these greedy businesses be outed. If you're going to break the law, expect consequences.
The reason these companies hire illegals is to keep wages down. They also don't verbs too much about heavy change over because they numeral that if any of them cause problems they'll just fire them and not have to frontage repercussions; they figure that there will always be more to hire.
