Wht documents are needed at green card interview (change of status interview?
I have my green card interview this month. the immigration lawyer that we chose is no where to be found. Can someone please agree to me know what all documents other than mentioned in the INS missive should I take for my green card interview (change of status based on marriage beside american citizen)

Comply on what is on the list and just bring anything that will prove that you have a bonafide marriage ceremony such as tax returns,joint bank accounts, integrated leases, joint credit cards, insurance for both of you, wedding pictures, bills beneath your names, etc. Even affidavits from your friends, pastors or anyone who can attest that the two of you are indeed married and living in one roof. And try to relax during the interview.

You cannot even enter Japan without a visa! And if you want to live there, you must have a class of visa which permit temporary residence.
