nope, but I can tell you that California ignored immigration laws and is a socialist state.
Federal Immigration and Nationality Act
Section 8 USC 1324(a)(1)(A)(iv)(b)(iii)
There is no status quo or any state authority on improper immigration.

It is defined in US Code 8, a federal statute. The bottom line is that all non-US Citizens must seize permission from the US government to be in this country properly. If a non-US Citizen (illegal immigrant or undocumented migrant) enters the United States without permission later that person is breaking the law. This is clearly stated in US Code 8.

The biased medium, biased newspapers, special interests groups, corrupted government officials, big and small businesses, Democrats, liberals, lawyer, and celebrities will never tell you this. They want you to remain ignorant and also assume most Americans are stupid.

This is why you enjoy to go out of your way to research the hard facts on your own. Source(s): Law

How do McCain/Obama stand on unlawful immigration?
My memory must be foggy because I surely don't remember hearing a clear stance by either of them. Not only are the illegals a drain on the reduction and our pocketbooks, but if they can so easily breach our border patrol than so can just about anyone else. This isn't lately about money, our security is at...
