What immigration forms am I supposed to submit?
I am getting married to an immigrant, who came here with a visa when he was contained by 6th grade.
He is now 19. And wants the US to be his homeland.
We are marry in two months and I want to fix his status.
Can anyone tell me what forms to file. I do not know if I record I-130 only or some other one because he is not in his home country.
