I am contained by US. My infant son is contained by India. What adjectives documents do I requirement to dispatch for getting his Passport?
I am in US. My infant son is in India. Passport form requires signature of both parents in India. Since I cannot sign, is at hand any alternative - like sending my proof of stay in US, so that I am exempted from signing?

In case you child is born within India; you can apply for the passport from India as the child is here with his mother. You can send her a letter of consent, stating your inability to come to India for the time individual & sign the Passport form which requires joint signatures of both parents & your wife can file Affidavit stating the reason why she is applying this passport minus the signatures of the father as she has your consent to do so,along with the letter of consent given by you, birth ticket of the child & copy of her as well your passport with Visa Stamp attached showing your presence in a foreign country while applying for the passport of the child. Another instrument is you get the Passport application form from the Indian Embassy where ever you are now, sign the relevant portion required for parents to sign while applying for the passport of the child, convey this signed form & copy of your passport to your wife, she will then put her signature along with your signature, attach the birth certificate of the child and copy of her passport & apply for the passport of the child, as simple as this, its adjectives sense dear friend.
