Why can't adjectives the prisoners do the illegals job?
Do you thinkg the govt should make the millions of prisioners it has pick fruit and do all the job that the illegals claim Americans won't do?
Answers:
if the prisoners do the job illegal immigrants do, then more plausible they will plan a way to escape and its not a bright idea. good conception, but the liberals would consider that cruel and unusual punishment
First of all, at hand aren't jobs Americans won't do. That is a myth that the illlegals use to justify their illegal behavior. No, we should not allow prisioners to do those job. It's too risky. They could get away and go on a crime spree. We need to maintain the criminals where they are and we need to add millions of illegals to them. Put adjectives the illegals in prison where they belong. Then we won't have to listen to them complain around how we are so hard on them. They will find out what a hard life is approaching if they go to prison for their crime. And being in this country unlawfully is a crime. that would be perfect, however, organizations like the ACLU would without delay squash any idea whatsoever of having prisoners work hard and contribute to their country on the language of cruel and unusual punishment. I think its ridiculous that the excuse would stand, but it has been used by them previously.
I think it is a great idea that you brought up, though. I mean near all the crowded jails and prisons we could certainly finish off the massive immigration of illegals into this country.
i think that the goverment should make you pick fruit.
Excellent cross-examine. Frankly I don't see why farmers and state officials don't offer more work release programs for "certain" offenders.
Nobody want Charles Manson consent to out of his cell but for lesser criminals this would be a smart thing to do. It would give farmers a steady supply of workers while reducing the number of job that "Americans don't want".
Bring back the tie up gangs!! Prison is too soft. Make them work, if they don't work they don't eat!!! Why would I want a murderer in my house drawing it?
They can as well as all the court immigrants, teenagers, and any other low trained American. It is ridiculous the people that think that America will crumble short them. The facts are that illegals are not needed and are a drain on America. I'm shocked at all the illegals or pro-illegals posting in the middle of a work daytime! I thought they worked 12 hours every day in the hot sun...blah, blah, blah, It would be too demeaning for the prisoners to actually hold to work. They like the AC, 3 meals a day, TV, and workout areas. Why should they work? That is what you and I are for.
Actually, this program exists in some areas. People in jail or prison for non-violent crimes choose to sign up for this. They ENJOY getting outside a bit than sitting in a prison all day. It's one of those things to be exact considered a reward.

I'm sure PRISONERS would do great jobs........is this a real question
really....you ponder this is a good idea
Counties in many states use inmate labor.
The issue is the profit.
Using captive labor contained by a for-profit business is considered unconstitutional, due to it's strong resemblance to slave labor.
For the same reason, an inmate cannot be compelled to work.
That has be established in court precedent as slavery.
Not the work per se, but being compelled to work without renumeration.
There is also lot of liability here. Injuries, exposure to chemicals, etc. The risk of escape is also increased exponentially. All this medium huge additional cost.
An additional cost and liability that doesn't even compare with the alleged cost that migrant labor puts on our society.
It makes alot of sense...if you are saying at least we will know what criminals we own working around us? Get a life...
