How long will it transport for me and my mother to draw from our Green Card?
Well my father is Cuban hes had his residence for about 5 years now, he married my mother in the order of 2 years ago, they had me out of wedlock 16 years ago in Venezuela and with the sole purpose recently decided to get marry. We lately applied for residence. Our biometrics appointment has been scheduled for July 09. Can someone administer me an estimate of how long would it take to get my green card ?

If you have filed form I-485 for adjustment of status, contained by Miami the processing time is around 8 months. If you father is still Cuban
and not a US citizen, I am curious as to how you are eligible to
