Copy of passport surrounded by wrong hand?
If a photocopy of a passport gets in the wrong hands, what can be done beside it? Could they steal my identity or do anything else with it? It is a black and white copy along with a copy of my drivers license.

I wouldn't verbs too much about your driver's license, but your passport I would worry about a bit bit more depending on how old it is. If you have a new passport it will enjoy a lot more anti-fraud features on it, so it will be really hard to duplicate.
