Husband ILLEGAL. own daughter and married 4 2 years?
Is there something we can do? He has felonies from 1999 history clean since then. What can we do? if anything...(NO RACIST ANSWERS PLEASE ONLY SERIOUS} are there any angelic immigration lawyers on the west coast?
Answers:
Without the felony he'd have a casual at getting a waiver. With the felony I don't see how he has any chance of getting legal. He made some desperate choices. I would turn my criminal husband in.
It doesnt matter what year he have those felonies.
Immigration will do a criminal record check and if they find out about those felony, they will deport him.
And plus if he had entered USA illegally, they will relay him to return to his country and apply from there. There will be no guarantee that he will be approved.
I have heard of illegals married for 6 years beside kids and they cannot get residence. It is very hard if you can enter the country illegally.
If he had entered reasonably then he would have a better chance.
But his felony story might be his fall.

Yes,you could divorce him and find a good man who isn't a criminal. Seriously,he first broke the law by anyone illegal then he has felony, why would you want that in your life or the life of your child?
By the approach, when did illegal aliens become a race?
If your husband is unlawful and has felonies you are facing an uphill battle. I would wonder why someone would start a relationship beside an illegal with felonies. Or didn't he report to you at the beginning? He won't be eligible for a green card. Where did he commit his felonies? and what were they? There are adjectives sorts of immigration lawyers on west coast, I hope you have a lot of money.
But overall I do not decision you luck in this process. Is there a reason you can not be in motion back to his country and start a life there? Racist answers? We enjoy no idea what race he is, how could anyone answer with a racist answer? I assume what you in actual fact meant to say was that you don't want an answer i.e. critical about illegal alien criminals, so I will try to contain my loathing.
There is no way a convicted felon who have been living illegally in the US is going to draw from a green card. I'm surprised he wasn't deported in 1999. These days, he would have an immigration hold on him as soon as he was arrested. Hang it up. There ARE biddable immigration lawyers on the West Coast. They aren't cheap and they aren't miracle workers.
hello new mommy unfortunately at hand is really nothing u can do right now based within my own knowledge , the fact than u are a citizen would not help him even if he have a clean record and he did entered the USA near out documents , however if he did with documents then u could petition him and would be much easier , of course beside out the felonies than he has .
the only item u can do right now is to call ur representatives so than they pass a comprehensible immigration rearrange and to hope than they accept people in it similar to ur husband who has a felony or felonies and have proved to save themselves out of troubles already for a while , other than that u could still contact an immigration lawyer but i think he would impart u an answer like the one i just gave u , i choice u good luck and i hope u are able to get him permissible in the near future , do not forget to vote for the entrant which u think is the most likely to support his and the legalization of the 11 million of undocumented in this country , apposite luck again and please ignore any rude comments , unfortunately some are that way because they never be in that situation .
note : NEVER do anything legal base in what someone tells u to do in the internet , want a certified immigration lawyer instead , EVEN if they provide u with the forms to "help" u .
There is nothing you can do, except acquire rid of him and set a better example for your daughter, An illegal felon is who you want as a role model?
Report and Deport! Look for an immigration lawyer. ( alliens are from outer space * )
Okay, let me get this straight. I see that you hold a warrant out for your arrest in Oregon. Your husband is a convicted felon AND an illegal alien. You think that immigration would forfeit him a waiver WHY? Because you are both such stand up people?
PLEASE file for a green card. PLEASE do it immediately. Don't listen to anyone who suggests that you not do it. You should compress out the paperwork tonight. Here's the link to the application: http://www.immihelp.com/greencard/family... and here is the link to the affidavit of support: http://www.immihelp.com/greencard/family...
Then immigration will know how to get to him without delay. There is absolutely no way he will be granted a green card. Not going to happen.
