Greencard and medical interview?
I am married to american citizen and I am going to apply for a greencard. my lawyer just told me I have to purloin a blood test for HIV. I was just wondering what would come to pass if I tested positive ? If I tested positive which means I got it from her because I never had sex past we got married.

Nothing. Congress I think just passed a statute or nearing passing a law to allow people beside HIV into the country. Also, you will know more about your partner.
i get my medical done for my greencard last week. the only thing is that if you audition positive they will refer you to a different doctor and you have to be seen to be keeping up with the medical treatment required. so dont verbs they wont kick you out or anything.
If you test positive, it means you own AIDS. You don't need to have intercourse to get it. Please maintain it to yourself and in your own country, we have enough of it here.
