Can my husband co-sponsor to assistance my house immigrate to Canada?

Hello! I want to sponsor my family (Mom, Dad, little sister) to come to Canada. And since I don't meet the Basic Income Requirement to sponsor all 3 of my own flesh and blood members, my husband will be signing as a co-sponsor. My questions is this: my husband sponsored me to become a permanent resident of Canada and I be approved in August of 2007... now his undertaking is a 3 year period. Can my husband still co-sign as a sponsor even though his 3 years of undertaking for me is not over on the other hand? Or will we have to wait?
Answers:
you can call the immigration organization or a immigration lawyer.
no, he cant. co-sponsor is the same as being sponsor. there is a purpose why he cant do that for 3 years. you got yours and now you want your whole kith and kin to move there? you are just a resident, not citizen.. you cant sponsor anybody yet.... i would look into it past doing anything at all. they are not just going to welcome family of everyone they let stay in their countries....
I think this will be work. But ask the immigration office about it, or check the trellis. It's so much paperwork, but I believe he can do that.
You need to be a citizen in instruct to sponsor your parents and siblings. Your husband can't do it since he's not related to them by blood.
I think if your husband have enough income for you and your whole family, it would be allowed. Best to hail as CIC though and ask them. As for people who say you can't sponsor because you are a resident, they are wrong. In Canada, a PR can sponsor their family and a spouse can co-sign sponsorship if the sponsor doesn't run into the income requirements.
