Do you obligation a Bachelor's Degree to Immigrate?

I don't have the money for 4 years at University.
I have a Diploma in Web Development and am gonna apply for job soon.
Isn't there like a point system or something?

There is not point system for US immigration. However, if you are thinking to apply for green card base on employment, you must have at least bachelors degree to return with a job that will be eligible to petition by US Employer.

The point system is used for Canada. Here you requirement to get an employer to sponsor you for an H-1B visa good for six years. They they have to apply for a green card for you, which take from 5 to 8 years to get, longer if you are Mexican or Indian. Source(s): I am about 5 years from seeing my green card.
