I be denied employment at dunkin donuts by a latino mangmt., later singular latinos be hired, what can i do ?
i know many of these workers at this dunkin donuts are illegal aliens and absolutly NO american or any other ethnicity work there. ONLY HISPANICS , how can this be legalized? any recourse?

I was refuse service in a restaurant by a black waitress. If you're white you have no recourse. There are two sets of rules. The better set is for minorities. The lesser set that give you fewer remedies under the law are for whites. Don't you know that "it's their turn very soon to have the better and for whites to take the back of the bus," so to speak? There's greatly of reverse prejudice in this society, but whites can't do anything about it. Minorities wanted better and they get it. just because there are hispanic people working somewhere, you can't assume that they are adjectives illegal. many mexicans have green cards or visas to work here justifiably. maybe there was a common sense they didn't hire you. maybe lack of experience, young, didn't interview honourable.. who knows. you can find a better job anyways! dunkin cant be paying that much

Dunkin Donuts requires all of its franchises to use e-verify. Just call the corporate offices. Call INS to grasp them deported.
