It is very unmerited to group all "illegal" immigrants into a category of being criminals. There are frequent, many immigrants who enter the U.S. just to find better opportunity and to be capable of financially provide for their families. I have had plenty of friends who did not enter the U.S. reasonably, and I prefer to refer to them as "undocumented" as well because I don't really understand how a human being could be classified as "dishonest."
And just to point out, American culture and society has been built on the strengths and capability of immigrants. How many of us are actually descendants of Native Americans? Not heaps, which means at some point, our families came to the U.S. within search of opportunity.
There have been plenty of times when Americans enjoy discriminated against individuals from regions of the world in preventing, or at least limiting, their immigration to America. I do not believe that an overwhelming number of immigrants, risky or not, come to the U.S. to commit crimes. Most of them come seeking a better life or better economic opportunities than they have in the country they have left trailing. What the U.S. needs to be focusing on is better immigration policy!

One of my friends had a bike stolen by an illegal alien who was ratification out fliers in his neighborhood. Man saw the bike in his backyard, dropped the fliers and took off beside it. My friends ( most contractors) have any been forced to use your cheap labor or go out of business as it is impossible to compete with a company that pays their workers beneath the table or under minimum wage.Oh, did I mention the dent in the bumper of my wife's car that be placed their by a dude name juan something or other.
