Has anyone be refuse entry to USA, while have valid visa?

Has it happen to anyone traveling to USA, that they were denied entry and what was the rationale for it? Also I have been refused tourist visa twice, presently we can travel visa free, does my previous visa refusal make any difference to my travel?I heard anyone who has be denied visa has to prove to immigration officer that they would return home.I did not manage to prove it twice, despite having eternal job, permanent partner, enough finances etc etc.How possible I am going all the way in vain single to be sent back?

I am confused as to how you can now travel under the VWP whereas previously you needed a visa. If nothing has changed about your circumstances, as a visa have been refused twice, you will not be admitted to the US.
Funny you should ask. I was on my agency back to London from Cyprus and when I landed in Heathrow, at hand was a guy walking around, unable to speak English, he was a bit lost. He told me that he have been to America and was put on a plane back to London, where on earth he would meet a connecting flight back to Greece. In his passport, he had his Visa next to "CANCELLED" stamped accross it. So yes, you can be refused entry.
I take it you're a citizen of one of the newest countries to qualify for Visa Waiver. These days, you hold to register for a VWP entry before you get on the plane, through ESTA. They're supposed to verify the information you give them and relay you if you appear to qualify or not. If they say no, that's it. However, a yes is qualified, since this isn't an interview. If you've been turned down twice for a visa, it's certainly possible that you'll be denied entry on VWP, but it's not automatic. So, if you be in motion, you'll be taking a chance. How lucky do you feel?
A visa only gives you the opportunity to ask for consent to enter the US. A visa or visa waiver program does not confer the right of entry. Every time you enter the US, you must prove that it is likely you will return to your home country and that you will not become financial burden on the US.
since you have been refuse twice? you will not be able to enter the US,you said on your statement # I did not manage to prove it twice # ?
so? your proof was not devout enough to satisfy the US?
now that your country is visa free? it will not correct anything.

the likelihood of you being returned if landing in the US is intensely high.

There are passenger who are denied entry to US even with a visa for many reasons such as anyone unruly and due to insufficient funds to finance the travel..
