I would have to say through hard work and due diligence. America is the house of opportunity if you are willing to put in the work you can succeed. Pick something you enjoy and something you grain the community needs and then hard work will administer you the best outcome.

Pros/Cons depends what country, if britain you will be treated like the queen, perhaps better. you will never enjoy to work just have lots of baby's and take our historical houses to bring up your pick pockets. about the only con I have found is trying to swot up and remember all the different laws and ways...
