I am married to USC and applying for AOS, we will have interview next month. My husband and I both do not have a form insurance
also i don't have SSN to do joint account or any beneficial of marital. will it affect my petition to adjust my status?
Answers:
Health insurance has no affect on AOS.
However you may need more evidence of your on-going bridal and co-living arrangement to present at the interview.
You and your spouse will need to bring supporting evidence of the relationship... i.e. photos, joint checking account, pooled lease, joint mortgage, and birth certificates of children if any etc.

I don't see how health insurance would thing, I've never seen any mention of it. If your USC sponsor is able to provide for you according to the guidelines, then that's what they are looking for. As far as SS#'s be in motion, I know your problem. You need to be able to provide whatever evidence you can that your conjugal is legitimate and not just for the purpose of immigration. This can include affidavits from people you know, photos of you together, a communal lease on an apartment, a shared credit card. I know it is difficult to get some of these things without a SS#, you just own to do all you can. The USCIS officers know what is and is not possible if you don't hold a SS#. There are other ways to show that your marriage is bona fide.
I think it would you must be able to provide for yourself
possess as much information as you could maybe is one of the option, however it is quite time consuming, here http://www.HealthInsuranceIdeas.info/fre… is the resource i have ever had right experience.
