Legal resident get a DUI; what happen when applying for citizenship?
A co-worker got her legal work permit closing year, she got her permanent residency this Feb. About two weeks after she got the residency, she be arrested for a DUI. She is worried if it will complicate her residency status, and if it will also affect her citizenship application. Any thoughts?
