You have participate in marriage fraud. Turn her in to ICE, undo the petition for spousal visa &/or other immigration benefits, and get an annulment (no such thing as "she won't give me one") base on her defrauding you. Then get her deported. Your only defense is if you did not know that adjectives she wanted was immigration at the time you married.
If you do not turn her in to Immigration authorities and annul the wedding -- PRONTO! -- you get to spend 5 years or so in federal prison plus pay a $5000 fine for marry her as a party to immigration fraud.
if you are to tell attorneys that you married somebody for them to get legal the cops can arrest you their be people over here where i live that use to marry illegal immigrant to so they can get their documents and they got jailed for it ... Sure, then you can be freshly like the guy on COPS who complained when he was sold fake Marijuana.
