Should i own to apply again for shifting adress within my passport which is printed wrong?

If you have added a wrong address in your application and it appears in your passport you will involve to pay a new fee for have it changed. You may have to get it changed by filing form-2; a fresh passport will be issued at the same fee as for the initial application.
If your application was correct and the passport organization made the fault have them issue you a new passport beside correct address.

Well, that depends on what nationality you are plus where your PP was issued from…European countries & America would be really strict about that & have some enforceable rules regarding such errors which are severely stiff but in Asia & Africa where pronunciation depends upon the nativity of the speaker & his background it may not be much of an issue.
