well, there isn't any 11 year American green card, so it's a bit difficult to answer your question. did you draw from a visa interview outside of the US, or did you get an interview with USCIS in the US?
If you are discussion about the unconditional green card, it is good for 10 yrs not 11.
But in common it can take up to a yr for them to process the application from start to finish. You are part way through. If approved it can appropriate a couple more months, give or take, for you to receive the approval letter. Then another month or so to receive the actual card.
If you be not talking about the unconditional green card, then I hold no idea.
