I am Malaysian who married next to Vietnamese wife. How to apply visa for my wife to stay contained by Malaysia?
Currently we are working & staying in Philippines. We are planning to have a baby by 2009. So we stipulation to know how to let my wife to stay longer in Malaysia & to have our babe-in-arms deliver in Malaysia. Because we would like our baby to be Malaysian. When my wife travel in Malaysia, her passport is stamped maximum 30 days to stay in Malaysia. My hometown is in Penang. Quite not easy for me to travel from Penang to PutraJaya, if need to renew visa every 30 days. It is hard also if we always involve to go Thailand to stamp the passport every 30 days (This is what people told me to do). They said, it is much easier than applying in PutraJaya. However I can't follow the reason. I hope to have the proper procedures so that I can travel one time & get adjectives the application done. I have a bad experience when I want to register my marriage surrounded by Malaysia, I have travelled Penang & PutraJaya many times. Then the officers told me the exact documents required. But thankfulness GOD too. So please help me for this time.
