As your husband be deported, the sensible decision would be to arrange for a visa for yourself and keep the family intact by relocating to Jamaica beside your son. Bring your son back, especially if you are supporting your husband. I know the education there is better but your husband should work for himself.
He have 8 more years before he can come back here.
Since your husband can not return to your country, he should apply for you merge him in Jamaica so you can all be together. It is not good for your son to be divided between the two of you. It is best that you adjectives live in Jamaica. Only you and your husband can decide what's best for your child. If you feel your son is better stale in Jamaica, then that's what it is. The most important point is that you and your husband raise your child to be an honest and law abiding person.
Well, in reality, what is your sound out? Should you allow your son to stay in Jamaica? That would seem to be a very personal conclusion, and one you should have had some control over, and not knowing you or your husband, how can anyone here begin to answer it? I nick it since you apparently haven't tried to bring your husband back, and you haven't asked that question, that it isn't possible for one reason or another.
Why don't you move to Jamaica and your whole kith and kin can be together? I would think American schools would be better and Jamaica has closely of crime. No you are doing the wrong thing
