Can you study while underneath tier 1 significantly skilled visa within the uk?
I've got a tier 1 highly skilled visa but as the economy is currently within a bit of a crisis, I was thinking I may go study again, maybe do an mba, I be wondering if I need to change my visa again or if tier 1 highly skilled visa allows you to study as okay...

You wouldn't be entitled to UK student benefits though. It may be better to study by distance education from your home country.
However, remember for HSMP extension you need to earn a lasting amount of points from salary. I don't think you can avoid this by being a student (I should check that).
You obtain extra points for masters, but only a few and not enough to fully meet the extension requirements.

Just an extra Im file everything with hers 1st. last name just.. In the G-325A for your wife, list all names _she_ ever used. Complete name.
If I get hold of married immigration interview?
If I get married, met a new boyfriend , he does not make much money, and lives at home beside parents, he makes minimum wage. Can he file and get me green card. I hold overstayed 8 years, will it cost a lot of moey. Also have 2 american children. Only income I get is child support....
