My girl lives within US I live contained by CND Can i receive married and still work contained by CND can this be done and HOW?

Yes. just don't apply for a Greencard near US immigration. or, you can apply for the greencard, and get a "reentry permit" which will allow you to stay in Canada for a year at a time without have to stay in the US Source(s): www.uscis.gov
If you want to marry in the US, she needs to apply for a fiance visa for you. She desires to prove a valid relationship: how you met, when & where you have been together, etc. She also desires to prove she has sufficient income and assets to support you and guarantee a $30,000 bond. You cannot enter the US until it is approved (takes about a year these days). Once you receive your visa, you can enter the US and have 90 to marry and record for a spousal visa. You will probably be permitted to remain in the US while that is processed. Then you can apply for authorization to work, and if approved, apply for a Social Security number, and once you have that, you can start job-hunting.
If you marry within Canada, you remain in Canada while she applies for a spousal visa. Again, she has to prove a valid relationship, and prove her ability to support you. It can embezzle as long as 2 or 2-1/2 years to get a spousal visa. Once you have that visa, you can enter the US, then apply for authorization to work, etc.
Since you want to remain within Canada for at least another year or so, pick whichever way you want to go. She can probably call in you in Canada while the visa applications are being processed. However, if she does not have a lucrative opportunity, she could have trouble with the affidavit of support. And remember it takes a while to capture authorization to work and then you have to find a job.
