Got naturalization contained by May 2008. I enjoy child 20 and 10 years dated?
I got naturalization in May 2008. I know that 10 years old one is already U.S. citizen. Is 20 years outmoded one also a citizen?

The 20 year old is not. The 10 year old is IF he/she was a decriminalized permanent resident (green card holder) when you were naturalized. If explicitly not the case, you will have to apply to have that child enter the country as a LPR.

I got told by a guy that he wants a girlfriend because if he get one, he can stay contained by australia for longer. Government will extend his stay (tourist visa) but he needs to write down all the dates etc. You can do that? I know you can do that next to marriage....
