About Canada immigration law?
Our visa arrived this April and we're not expecting it till next year. My son still have one more year to finish college. He is to travel to Canada in May 22, 2008. Will he be allowed to go back to the Philippines after a 3 weeks stay at Canada to finish his college? and simply go back to canada again after he graduated? how long does he requirement to wait for his papers to process? does he really need to wait for his papers to be processed formerly he can go back to the Philippines to study or he can go ahead? The rest of the people will be staying behind in canada anyway.
