Why do they agree to illegals dance free once they corner them?
Here's the story. My illegal ex husband got arrested for molesting my daughter, he went to trial, and a jury found him not guilty. I hope that jury rotts within hell by the way. I.C.E then picked him up from the local jail because he is an immoral mexican. They transported him to another facility and then let him bond out. They know that he is here illegaly and they let him move about for a small amount of money. The immigration officer I spoke to about this told me that he has a hearing contained by the next year and they will be mailing him a letter describing him when and where. So he has an entire year to buy another identity and become someone else. Now Im just waiting for him to show up and steal my daughter whom he abused, adjectives because this country seems to have a catch and release policy when it comes to private alliens. Why dont they just send them back to their own country when they take into custody them? Why should we give these people a hearing to want if they are going to be deported? Someone give me some insight on why the system works the way it does.

I'm really sorry to hear about what happen to your daughter. And the reason the system we have in place right in a minute works the way it does is because the system is greatly flawed. Criminals don't fear prison and jail anymore, in attendance is no need, they get out early 66% of the time and while they are surrounded by jail they get three meals beside all the food groups, they get air conditioning and they even seize satelite television and big screen TV's. We need to instruct criminals that there are real consequences to breaking the law, not put them on the prison welfare plan.
They let them go because they do not have room to put them within a detention camp. The Bush Administration spoke out of one side of its mouth.. did another thing on the other side of their mouth. We were promised the detention centers.. we did not carry them.
Keep in mind Pelosi is a Catholic and may well be totally apposed to anything that limits the Catholic Church. In certainty, many of the top leaders of our country are Catholic and until they are un elected, they have this country in a strangle hold that prevents law that the Catholic Church does not like. Very clearly, Congress is the reason the detention centers are not being built as we speak. That is why they agree to the illegals go after they catch them.
