Is it officially recognized to stay surrounded by Canada if my working charter expired but i plan to run support to my home town a month next?
My work permit expired date is in the middle of December 2008 but I have to start out Canada may be 1-2 months later (not over than 2 months). I'm not sure is it legal to stay in Canada or not. The process for renew work voucher should take 3 months. How long I can stay in Canada after work permit expired lacking renew the work permit?
