I be refuse hsmp visa on the idea that i do not hold 2800 pounds but i have 5360 pounds surrounded by my statement?
i have appealed aganist the decision of the eco but no response have be sent to me. i am of the opinion that i was wrongly decided on and my application be not carefully considered. how can you help on this issue?

Sometimes if you provide further evidence they will reverse their decision but it might nick a few months.If you have no further documentation , to reverse the decision would be to admit self in error in the first instance.
It depends on where the ECO is base and where you sent the appeal e.g eco abroad but you filed your appeal surrounded by the UK, so there will be a 6 month period before your audible range at the tribunal.
