I plan on moving to Ireland after I am finished college and how will i be capable of achieve citizenship surrounded by Ireland?

Answers:
If your one of your parents was an Irish citizen at the time of your birth all you have to do is put your cross down on the foreign births register. This has to be done through your nearest Irish embassy.

If one of your grandparents was a citizen (and born in Ireland) at the time of your birth you can claim citizenship by descent. this also have to be done through your nearest embassy.

If neither of those apply to you, then you can get citizenship through naturalisation. You have to enjoy 5 years legal residency in the state (for example 5 years on a work permit). Then you apply for citizenship.
