I own watch frequent debate and group meeting and not once did I hear anything something like our dishonest immigration.?

Illegal immigration is an extremely serious problem that is now overshadowed by our economy, but it still persist. When will either candidate say something something like how he will stop this form of immigration? Afraid to open up because of the Latino vote? We must stop this outrageous illegal migration into America immediately. No more hedging just about the problem. Our Congress of do-nothings should be made to act on this problem.

I brought up alike issue here a month ago. It is perplexing isn't it?
Both candidates are afraid of being called racist so they only don't go there. Barack will probably say "oh agree to more in" while McCain will be hesitant to comment because he will be labeled a bigot if God forbid he doesn't want illegals in our country sucking up the economy and worsening our present situation!
"When will either candidate say something going on for how he will stop this form of immigration?"

I don't think it is realistic to believe either applicant could put an end to illegal immigration.Although they have plans, they do not enjoy clear objectives and methods to do anything. It is not their fault, I would not even expect them to solve this problem from one day to another. This is such a complicated issue that needs seriously of consideration because first they have to decide what to do with illegals afterwards they have to decide on how to carry out their plan. If they spawn a bad decision, they will probably lose a lot of votes and become greatly unpopular. Such a decision would destroy them. What is considered right by most Americans is considered wrong by the undocumented and some other people so nearby is no way to satisfy the interests of all groups of race. No wonder why they don't want to fully uncover their ideas about this issue.
Both parties are looking for votes so to bring up illegals in this country would hurt their changes so they save it quiet.
The economy in California will engineer it impossible.
Aww, i know how you feel. I was thinking the same piece during the debate. :-( Really if the candidates were smart, they'd tie in the improper immigration problem with the economy. We waste billions of dollars on prohibited immigrants and yet, it seems to be a non-issue.
Some folks will refuse to appear in a forum where on earth illegal aliens are discussed. I believe that is the case next to both Obama and McCain. I am not sure it is always effective, but it is effective at smallest part of the time. If it is ignored in the final analysis, I believe it would be a especially serious mistake.

We need to keep in mind that Bear Sterns is the investment company that suggested that some 20 plus million immoral aliens were in the country. It was also repeated by even so another investment company although I don't recall who. And while that was happening, the Federal Government have their data base that indicated there be six million illegal aliens in country. And again, while that was going on, the Census came up with a report that was after that withdrawn that indicated there were eleven million, and probably 13 million illegal aliens contained by this country.

The mess the economy is in is far, far more serious than Obama and McCain have indicated. I would point out that business is going to stay alive by hiring unjust aliens who work for less while American Citizens, earning more money, will be let jump. This incredible economic mess, and I believe it has made in Mexico written on it contained by a number of aspects, may well cause the political machinery to stand up for American Workers and in truth do something about the illegal aliens.

There is a point here though. If we do not have the National Ballot initiative, the race cannot force any of the issues to consideration. It could be flooding in all of the east and we cannot force our Government to look at the problem.

We need a national ballot initiative that will force the Federal Government to create a viable directive, and pass the viable law that does specific things.

We need a national ballot initiative!
It will pinch the american public (citizens) pushing them to get the gov to follow where we lead.

It is our choice, we are the vote, they are merely our representatives. It would not be possible for billions of people go flood Washington to vote on each issue. We enjoy to count on our Reps. Make them listen to what you want.
Neither you will. Keep dreaming.

Well, if you want to stop it, go to the border and use your little finger to stop it

Oh, pass law, pass laws, and pass more law, and then pass even more laws. Pathetic

Many inhabitants here have the very unrealistic idea that everything is solved near laws. That's why there are more than 35 million laws surrounded by the USA, and still the country is a mess
nobody but me you and lou dobbs care anymore
Already within force, if not enforced, are adequate laws. "Illegal" say it all.
There is a need to enforce existing laws on the subject of illlegal aliens.
The twelve to possibly as many or more than twenty million who are already here are a drain on our services - read 'money' - constitute a true national emergency, yet the two contenders to be our next 'leader' give the brush-off the problem. Those already here by sheer weight of numbers constitute a specific enforcement problem that will need to be addressed over years.
Meanwhile, the borders must be hermetically sealed to stem the human tsunami or too soon that number will multiply.
