Should unjust aliens be call immigrant?

Yes or no and why?

Do you see this as an insult to immigrants who follow laws, pay the fees and respect the foreign country they are in?

Is this just a ploy to confuse the issue?
Answers:
Nope.
Immigrants work hard to do all the paperwork and wait patiently for their turn to enter the country.
Illegals a moment ago hop the border and expect the same result.
By calling them immigrants it appears to make their crime insignificant.
No, and it makes the friendly borders crowd look like idiots to the rest of the country when they use misleading language and phrases like "undocumented citizen" or "migrant worker". It make my blood boil.

Even open borders advocate Chuck Shumer said they should start calling them "Illegal aliens" because changing the permanent status makes it look like they are advocating lawlessness. Which they are.
Once they are determined to be unofficial...I'm not sure alien vs immigrant makes a difference
They are immigrants? They are people that "immigrated" from other countries, and NO! it's not an insult to other "immigrants" that immigrated here.

NO!....NO PLOY any, but you want people to think it is. LOL!

Immigrant:

One that immigrates: as a : a person who comes to a country to lug up permanent residence
They are also immigrants but illegal ones because they emigrated (permanently departed their country) just like legals. I'm a legal immigrant and I consider the word alien really grotesque and discriminative...it's kind of insulting because it refers to immigrants as if they were outsiders. I abhorrence that word.
I don't think anyone confused the issue. It is what it is.

An illegal immigrant can become trial, then he will be a legal immigrant.

or

An illegal alien can become decriminalized, then he will be a resident alien.

I think it's simple enough for even YOU to follow.
Illegal aliens are immigrants who are here dishonestly. I don't think legal immigrants are harmed or insulted contained by any way by others being labeled ILLEGAL immigrants.
I'm an immigrant who is resident contained by my new country. I have totally integrated, but there are a few illegals here. They are still immigrant whether I like it or not. Personally it doesn't worry me.
Well, they are still immigrant and sometimes some people don't get the chance to come to this country because of doesn`t matter what reason. However that doesn't mean that they should be called aliens, I really have a sneaking suspicion that its wrong to call illegal immigrants aliens! They're not from outer space, they're populace just like us who try to escape their country and come here for a better and new vivacity. Americans should just accept that and move on. Illegal Immigrants still follow the law and pay taxes, they even work harder than American citizens. Learn to Accept not Deport. Source(s): My Opinion
I presume being called an immigrant is quite strident although that is by law what they are called if they come to another country other afterwards there own and have no documents of any kind.
It is not an accurate definition, so yes, it is used to downplay their criminality in invading our nation.
YES! because they are immigrants. What part of immigrant don't you work out?
Illegal alien or illegal immigrant - I don't see a real difference
They are legally defined as "undocumented aliens"

An immigrant is defined by US law as a person who have been given permission to permanently reside surrounded by the US.

Added: Don't be hating you open border, racist kooks.
They are immigrants. They are illegal immigrant.

alien: a resident born in or belonging to another country who has not acquired citizenship by naturalization

immigrant: a individual who migrates to another country, usually for permanent residence. Source(s): http://www.Dictionary.com/
yes, becasue they are immigrant duh!
In U.S. tenet, an alien is "any person not a citizen or national of the United States." The U.S. Government's use of alien dates back to 1798, when it be used in the Alien and Sedition Acts. U.S. law makes a clear distinction between aliens and immigrant by defining immigrants as a subset of aliens. Although U.S. law provides no overarching explicit definition of the term "not permitted alien," the term is used in many statutes and elsewhere (e.g., court cases, executive orders). U.S. decree also uses the term "unauthorized alien." U.S. immigration laws do not refer to illegal immigrant, but in common parlance the term "unfair immigrant" is often used to refer to any illegal alien. Becasue at law, corporations are those, the term alien is not limited to natural humans because what are colloquially call foreign corporations are technically called alien corporations. Because corporations are creations of local state law, a foreign corporation is an out of state corporation.
