If a foreign woman marries a US Citizen, the benefit she can get is to come over to the US and once here, she will be eligible to apply for green card so she can reside and work in the US.Those privileges will be available the moment she become a Permanent Resident.Eventually, she can also be eligible to be apply for Naturalization provided she complied with the requirements.
Other than the ability to apply for US immigration as an Immediate Relative, there are no "benefits." Even the immigration application is not a sure article. The foreign wife would have to be found fully qualified to get a visa.
