my little brother's residence card expires in 2010 we sent the paper work but we didnt know tht we were suppose to renew they six month previously the due date now there sending us a letter that asks for a pretext why we are renewing it early.....what would be a good reason?

from my understanding residence cards are supposed to be renewed within 3 months before the expiration date for more details beckon 1 800 375 5283 Source(s): just renewed wife's card.
