What tourist visa do i have need of Australian immigration is axiom 48R immigration agent is motto 48RTHA?

I have looked on the Australian immigration site they say for my gf to come here for 12 month she needs tourist visa 48R, immigration Agent is aphorism 48RTHA which one do I need?
she does not have family here with the sole purpose bf so Australian immigration is say that she does not need me to be her sponsor,but immigration Agent is saying that i involve to be here sponsor,which one is correct you would think Australian immigration?

The immigration Agent is correct about the form but, incorrect nearly the sponsorship. there is no sponsor requirement for a tourist visa. The applicant must show on their own, that they can support themselves for the length of their stay.
Australia may not approve the visa anyway. Having a boy friend there would front the immigration officials to believe that her intent is to immigrate. If, by chance, she should get a tourist visa, it will be conditional next to no extensions allowed, for three months only.
Trust immigration (DIAC), but GET IT IN WRITING! Apologies for the shouting, but don't ever rely on anything verbal - DIAC employees dispense misinformation sometimes and it's also easy to misunderstand exactly what you're being told and impossible to prove later exactly what you be told. If you are misinformed and you have it in writing, you have something to drop back on when/if it comes to an appeal.

I'm applying for my USA Citizenship and I had my interview appointment for February 03 2009, I'm 19 years old and I'd got a 0.088 Juvenile DUI on January 20 2009, I only just got a letter from immigration saying that my interview have been canceled and they will let me know of any action taken on this luggage...
