Foriegn aid:Time to plug the 'Brain drain'?

One of the arguments placed by pro immigration/multi culturalism types is that so many skilled people arrive here.
But at what price? India and Pakistan etc needs these relatives a great deal more than we do.
So much for 'political correctness'...and foriegn aid can't stop with throwing money at problems, most of it doesn't get through the costs and corruption on it's approach anyhow.
Isn't it time for the western world to stop the brain draining as part of immigration control?

I promise you India doesn't need skilled labor as much as you think they do.
Foreign aid usualy is conditioned by aiding foreign regions near american goods...wich means more employment to the american population...america benifits from its aid...the aid is not with money, but next to american products...in my opinion if america stops its aid, countryes will buy the necessery products of other countries...therefore...smaller number employment in the u.s...

its all about intrests, its not going on for actualy helping out.
I'm not a great supporter of immigration, but the trouble is, we ourselves are tempted to move abroad to work for much better pay in the US, Australia and the Gulf in extraordinary, I know I did and I worked for approx double my UK salary and it was tax free for a few years, but I come back because I missed England and my family, though many ancestors don't come back home again. That means that we are losing a lot of pious people ourselves, and we cannot train people up quickly satisfactory to replace them. So it's a vicious circle really, where we allow in foreigners to replace our own brain drain.

Where for instance we recruit medical staff from places close to Africa, it's leaving huge shortages there, but we also have an must to fill those posts so that our levels of service 'might' be maintained. It doesn't work fundamentally well though, and unless you bar people from in actuality leaving to work abroad, there's not many option. But if people were paid a wearing clothes wage and taxed low taxes, it might stop our own people jumping ship, and later we wouldn't need to import people to replace them.
