US Immigration. Can i immigrate at 16?
Hello, I'm wanting to Immigrate to the US i will be working for one of my friends that owns a small Business I am only 16. Will this cause any problems? I hope not. ^^ How do i get the forms for the employer to plague in. How do i get the forms for me to fill contained by im all new to this. I will be also living with my friend so no TRUE big need for a lot of money.

You're not going to be able to bring a work visa at 16. You can apply for a student visa and be accepted to attend a university or college (You can't work). U.S. immigration/state department (Or U.S. embassy) will also expect that you meet financial requirements in establish to show you can support yourself or that you have a sponsor who is an American citizen submit an affidavit of support saying they will be responsible for you financially. Green card or have the skills the US requirements, so I very much doubt at 16 you will qualify.
No, below US law you need to be 18 to apply for residency on your own.
You cannot immigrate to the US before you are 18 years aged. Also, since you will not have any qualifications, you will not be eligible for a work visa in the US anyway.
you did not say what sort of job you will hold? some jobs descriptions do not allow 16 years of age to perform,
