My fiance choose voluntary departure over deportation. He's put money on contained by the U.K. in a minute. Can he come vertebrae and when?
He was in jail for probation defiance stemming from years ago. He had been here for 33 yrs but never became a naturalize citizen. He left within the time frame given.

I doubt he can come back, considering the circumstances and the current mood contained by regard to immigration. I see a visit to England in your adjectives. It's doubtful.
His criminal story, plus jail time for a probation violation on top of that, precludes his returning to the US. He cannot return with any type of visa. By choosing voluntary departure over deportation, he preserved some of his dignity and spared himself a lot of legal hassles. That does not denote he can return to the US. He should never attempt to re-enter the US.
If you want to see him, you will have to obtain a visa to the UK.
If he was here within the USA for 33 years, was he a green card holder? if so I assume it has been revoked. If not after he was illegal. He will not be coming back any time soon any way. However once he has settled in the UK he can sponsor you for a visa to the UK (assuming he is a British citizen)
Check with your travel agent. If you want to marry this man, plan a trip. He ain't comin' back... I guess you will be moving to the U.K.?
