Illegal Immigrants cross-examine?
Well a friend of mine was curious to know about illegal immigration parents. She needed to know that if the father is a illegal immigrant and has a child with someone who happen to be born in the US, would that give him auto citizenship?
Answers:
Absolutely not, unless he's a democrat.
The child is a US citizen. The 14th Amendment make that so.
If you're asking about the father, no, the father would remain as an illegal alien. He should try and marry the lady he have a child with, as that would be his best bet to become lawful here. However even that takes substantial amounts of time and money.
An anchor baby does not confer citizenship to an illegal alien parent.
If the toddler is born in America it is American, most likely the father will be allowed to stay with the child because they cant see out the child because he/she is american
No matter who they are if their born on our soil their American.
The child would be a US citizen and if they were married legitimately he would be lawful
as luck would have it no and he will still end up deported, this also applies to marriage, even if this lawbreaker gets married, he will still want to return to his country and apply legally. no excusing their illegal behavior. Your friend is also aiding and abetting an illicit alien and that is 5 years in jail and a $250,000 fine.
Another stupid gringa knocked up by a ***. Jackpot!
that does not give him automatic citizenship. when his child reach the age of 21, the child can petition him for green card. then he will need to wait 5 years to apply for citizenship.
