Why are immoral immigrant dishonest?
I'm really uninformed about this issue of illegal immigration, but I'm doing a paper on it right very soon, so I need some kind of background info. This probably sounds resembling a really dumb question, but why is it hard for immigrants to come here reasonably? Particularly Mexicans and other Hispanics?(as opposed to say, people from Asian) I've hear that the process is a really long one which is why immigrants sneak over here illegally...but isn't the risk of being an off the record immigrant in the U.S. and beginning your life here near your family only to get caught and deported and separated from your loved ones worse than just waiting to try and get citizenship? Why is the process so long, and why is the U.S. hesitant to grant citizenship to Mexicans?
Why is it easier for non-Hispanics to come here and become legal?
Answers:
Illegal immigrants are banned because they work and live here without paying taxes or gaining citizenship or giving the slightest crap about our country. More and more they come over here within their final trimester just to have a child (born here, your a citizen currently) and then drain our welfare and medicare services w/o putting surrounded by, and put us out of jobs by being a cheaper source of labor (they dont have to pay cheque taxes, social security, etc so they an afford lower wages)
They sneak over here because their country treats them like crap. Our capitalism is nowhere near as corrupt. Scary, huh. Still, they should use adjectives the money they steal from us to at least better their country. Apparently there is no loss of pride anymore for lecching off of others.
nearby is a long wait for visas because a country can only healthily take contained by so many peole per year or else it will implode, but they do not want to wait for their turn, lately cause us to be over populated, short on jobs, and the fact that they are predominantly catholic and decline to regulate how many kids they have per family make it even worse.
it isnt easier for non-hispanics to immigrate legally, there just arent millions upon millions of them breaking down the door, nor do our borders touch.
anyone comin contained by any country illegal is a criminal and anyone who supports or helps them is a criminal and that includes churches and religious organizations. they are criminals too.
boycott churches who support or backing illegal criminals and turn in companies who hire criminals. they are also criminals.
Beacuse they are illegal for the same reason ridge robbers are they broke the law
Because they broke the law.
I break things too. I can't help it, I can't control myself, my hormones are adjectives out of whack.
You're right, it is a really long process to get all the paperwork you have need of to emigrate to the U.S. It could take years. I don't know about now but I know that heaps people needed to leave their countries during times of war or other hardship and they couldn't afford to wait to get legal citizenship. People are of a mind to take the risk of being caught because their families are living discordant conditions. By coming to the U.S., they can make money and send it back to their family. I think the U.S. is hesitant because the amount of people who would come would greatly increase the population, making living conditions worse.
As for non-Hispanics becoming permitted easier, i dont think that's true. If you go downtown to immigration offices, you'll see a majority of the relations there are not hispanic. Its just as hard for them
Like one of the guys said about1.2 million immigrants legally enter the country on visas & permit every year, more than pretty much the rest of the nations in the world combine, well consequently MOST illegal Immigrants, about 50% according to ICE, overstayed their permits becoming unfair the other half of all ilegal immigrants sneak into our country not lately the MEX/USA also CANADA/USA and sea ports, the only way to conclude this is to REFORM our immigration system.
Why some immigrants don't apply for a permit and just sneak contained by, well thats BECAUSE the process to enter the USA is much to long and expensive & sometimes they don't qualify to enter the USA.
Thats why and amnesty is not an answer we need a REFORMATION of our system to take those who can't live surrounded by the USA for many reasons out of here, and to let those who overstayed their visas to integrate into our system, so they can adjectives of their taxes not just the ones from GOODS and SERVICES.
Take France and Spain for example they ended with their undemocratic immigrant, problem in just one year, HOW??
They actually sit down and worked toguether to create a new immigration system, no border around their shores was need it to hold the Africans aways just a reform.
The United States allows 1.2 million immigrants to legally enter the country on visas every year, more than pretty much the rest of the nation in the world combined allow as immigrants.
People come here illegally because they hold a complete disregard for our laws. And therefore don't deserve to be here. They tend to not learn our expression, and not assimilate.
About 300,000 children of illegals are born in the U.S. every year (roughly 10% of all births in the U.S. annually), and through a loophole surrounded by the law are given citizenship at birth, and create a path toward citizenship and welfare benefits for their extended family. Which costs taxpayers tens of billions, for associates who aren't even U.S. citizens.
Many illegals also have a criminal record, and could not get into the country officially if they tried. And many come here specifically to sell drugs, join gang, commit crime and take from Americans. Our prisons, courts, hospitals, welfare system, schools, and other public services are burdened and diminished by the estimated 12 to 20 million illegals within our borders.
Someone have misinformed you that it is "more difficult for hispanics to immigrate to the U.S.". Quite the contrary, 70% of immigration to the U.S. is hispanic, and the majority of that is from Mexico.
You are an criminal alien if you violate the immigration laws of a country. All countries require an immigrant visa when you wish to live and work in a country. Usually that entail a criminal background check and a health screening. Some countries, like the United States, try to make available an equal immigration opportunity to people from every country of the world, so they impose quotas from each country.
People who fraudulently enter below a tourist visa or waiver and stay are illegals.
People who sneak over the borders are illegals.
People who overstay a visa that has expired are illegals.
It is NOT easier for non-Hispanics to come here or to become legal. In fact, more Hispanics become permitted citizens or legal permanent residents every year than any other group of people within the world. In the United States there are more new legal citizens and legalized permanent residents from Latin American countries every year (by a very large percentage) than anywhere else contained by the world. This is because citizens are allowed to petition relatives outside of the usual quota system and so many illegal aliens over the years have have children while in this country illegally. Those children are entitled to petition for their parents and siblings when they reach their majority. This loophole surrounded by the law is what has created the concept of "anchor babies". These are children that illegal aliens hold to "anchor" themselves to the United States. These children are entitled to full citizenship and their parents, even illegal parents, are entitled to file for any benefits on behalf of these children.
How did illegal immigration start? You might as economically ask how did theft start? How did rape start? How did (you fill in the crime) start? It starts because it is easier or more monetarily beneficial to do something improperly rather than legally. People chose to break laws because it benefits them. This is no different.
You dont strike me as someone doing a "research" composition, but rather as someone who has a point of view but can't numeral out how to support it. As your point of view is pro-illegal immigration, you are going to find that it is very difficult to support and justify a criminal angle. Drug dealers try it all the time. They are just doing it to "survive". They are simply supplying a involve. They aren't hurting anyone. The same arguments usually work for any criminal attempting to justify a crime. The justifications are all skinny. It's simple. They commit a crime because it benefits them in some way -- usually financial. It's the same intention so many are drug mules or smuggle pot over the border. $$$$
Green card to citizenship only take 5 years then 3 years if your married to a US citizen
illegal aliens are too lazy/ cant afford to pay the fees. they don't want hang around their turn to enter the country legally.
