My husband holds L1 visa. Then I of course have both B2 & L2 visa which are all valid. However, this time when I come to USA, the immigration officer stamped in my B2 visa. In this case, can I apply SSN now surrounded by order that i can be a dependant of my husband to have tax presumption? Rather, can I apply tax no # to be a dependant ?
